Обратите внимание: если Мультигрейд находится на улице или в помещении с низкой температурой, он загустевает, это не влияет на качество материала, достаточно занести его в теплое помещение или отогреть теплом от газовой горелки, и он снова готов к использованию.

Укладка сотен и тысяч метров бордюра невозможна без хорошего оснащения и автоматизации процесса.

Компания ДСП "Дорожник" предлагает в аренду оборудование для укладки бордюра  в Ростове и Ростовской области.

 

 

Предлагаемый нами Укладчик бордюров  обладает производительностью от 500 метров в смену. При минимальных капитальных затратах и минимальной команде рабочих 2-3 человека, без обустройства опалубки или металлических направляющих с минимальным радиусом поворота – всего 4,5м, а допустимое расстояние до препятствия не более 100мм.

 

Принцип работы:

В отличии от традиционных машин с вибратором данный укладчик основан на принципе трамбовки, нагнетающей бетонную массу в пристыковываемую форму-профиль.   

Машина не имеет привода на колеса, движение агрегата происходит вынуждено, как ответная реакция в обратном направлении на перемещение трамбующего устройства.

К месту работ укладчик доставляется на легком прицепе, или при использовании автомобиля с подъемником на 1,3 тонны. Подготовка основания бордюра осуществляется легким грейдером, достаточной точностью устройства уровня является ±15мм. Таким образом, снижаются расходы на изначальную подготовку объекта.

    

 Качество поверхности:

Схема с одновременным нанесением тонкого слоя на сформированный остов бордюра позволяет добиться непревзойденного качества его финишной поверхности. Далее может потребоваться лишь одиночный проход с ручной, специально прилагаемой к комплекту формой для окончательного заглаживания. Искусственные швы в бордюре нарезаются специальным резаком, также прилагаемым к каждой форме. Резак как бы “вбивается” в форму, не приводя к деформации профиля бордюра.
